The Senior Manager / Director – Enterprise is part of the Global Public Relations team, which is responsible for executing the company’s media and public relations strategy.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Public Relations, the Senior Manager / Director will work proactively and independently across the firm’s communications initiatives globally, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader marketing and communications goals and overall business objectives. The Senior Manager / Director will support public relations outreach on Hines’ Enterprise-level initiatives, including the execution of high-profile, impactful storytelling moments, corporate announcements and securing media coverage on key thought leadership topics and high-conviction themes for the firm’s management committee, in line with the firm’s strategic narrative.

This role works closely with colleagues in the Global Public Relations team on firmwide Public Relations initiatives, and to deliver comprehensive media monitoring, reporting, and analysis to inform communications strategies and ensure consistent, insight-driven execution, leveraging tools such as Meltwater.

The role will embrace Hines’ preferred tech platforms, including Monday.com and ChatGPT, to ensure efficient ways of working and close collaboration across the Public Relations Team, Global Communications teams, and wider Marketing & Communications department.
