The Role

Analyte Health is hiring a Senior Manager of Paid Social Marketing to own paid social acquisition and revenue growth across consumer brands including HealthLabs, STDcheck, Stallion, Starfish, TreatMyUTI, and Paternity Labs. The role owns end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization on Meta and TikTok, with Reddit, Snapchat, YouTube and Shorts, and Pinterest as test surfaces, and a mandate to grow profitably at target ROAS. Paid social wins or loses on the strength and velocity of creative, so this is a creative-forward performance role: alongside media strategy and buying, the Senior Manager builds the creative engine that feeds the channel, working with in-house designers and agency, production, and creator partners. Organic social and community management is a secondary responsibility.
