About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Growth Marketing Manager who understands modern marketing and knows how to turn strategy into measurable results.

You will own the planning, execution, and improvement of marketing campaigns that attract the right prospects and generate qualified sales opportunities. This role combines paid advertising, practical AI workflows, compelling messaging, and disciplined performance measurement.

You should be equally comfortable launching a campaign, improving a landing page, using AI to accelerate your work, and explaining what the results mean for the business.

You will work closely with company leadership, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and external creative partners.

What You Will Do

Own paid advertising and customer acquisition. Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns, with Google Ads as a core channel. Test additional channels, including LinkedIn Ads and retargeting, based on audience fit and results. Manage budgets, targeting, keywords, advertising creative, and ongoing optimization to attract agency owners and decision-makers.

Use AI to improve marketing execution. Develop practical, repeatable AI-assisted workflows for research, campaign planning, messaging, advertising variations, content creation, and performance analysis. Use AI to improve speed and quality while maintaining accuracy, brand consistency, and
