The Senior Director, Marketing owns the end-to-end marketing ecosystem for The Bar Method — spanning brand strategy and creative expression, full-funnel performance, lifecycle marketing, and growth-driving initiatives.

Reporting via a dual-line structure to The Bar Method Brand President and the Chief Commercial Officer, this leader will shape long-term brand strategy while accelerating customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation across marketing channels. The role oversees two direct reports and works closely with cross-functional partners including Operations, Analytics, Tech, Franchise Leadership, and the internal Marketing and Creative Shared Services team to deliver high impact marketing programs.
