The Digital Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated demand generation strategies that create, accelerate, and measure pipeline growth within assigned regions, industries, or market segments. This role owns end-to-end demand generation planning and performance, utilizing a range of marketing levers including digital campaigns, ABM, webinars, nurture programs, partner programs, SDR alignment, content activation, and field marketing integration. The Digital Demand Generation Manager is accountable for pipeline performance, forecasting, optimization, and revenue impact. This position collaborates closely with Field Marketing, SDR, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Web, and Campaign teams to drive measurable business outcomes.Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do. ------------------------------------------------------
- Develop and execute demand generation plans aligned to pipeline, revenue, and growth objectives for assigned regions, industries, or market segments — translating business priorities into quarterly and annual demand plans with clear audience, program, and campaign recommendations.
- Design, execute, and optimize integrated demand programs using digital campaigns, webinars, nurture programs, ABM, partner programs, and sales activation motions — leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency, targeting, personalization, and performance at scale.
- Monitor pipeline health, campaign performance, and conversion trends to identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions — supporting pipeline forecasting and performance reviews with actionable insights for marketing and sales stakeholders.
