Senior Designer - Email Marketing (Consumer Tax)

About the Role: At H&R Block, the Senior Designer is responsible for designing and delivering compelling, customer-centered email experiences that support acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion goals across the Consumer Tax business. This role serves as the creative lead for email design, translating marketing strategies and business objectives into effective customer communications that align with H&R Block’s brand standards and customer experience principles.

Reporting into Creative within Marketing, this role partners closely with CRM Marketing, Content Strategy, Marketing Operations, Analytics, Customer Experience, and Brand teams to create impactful email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle. The Email Design Lead combines strong visual design expertise with an understanding of email best practices, customer behavior, and performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
