The Senior Content Marketing Manager reports to the Director, Content Marketing and serves as a seasoned, senior individual contributor responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies, programs, and assets that drive audience engagement, consideration, demand, conversion, and retention across Robert Half’s priority hiring manager and job candidate audiences. This role brings deep content marketing specialization, strong judgment, and the ability to resolve a wide range of complex content marketing challenges in creative, performance-oriented ways.

This role works independently on complex content marketing initiatives, normally receiving little instruction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new assignments. Working closely with Integrated Marketing, Brand Marketing, Brand Design Studio, Performance Marketing, Analytics, Web, and Communications teams, the Senior Content Marketing Manager develops audience-focused content marketing programs that help customers discover, understand, engage with, and take action on Robert Half’s services through traditional search, AI-powered discovery experiences, landing pages, email, and other marketing experiences.
