The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to shape how UserTesting tells its story across the entire customer journey—from first discovery through adoption and advocacy. You’ll develop connected content experiences that help audiences understand complex topics, make informed decisions, and see the value of human insight in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

A key part of the role will be building original, research-driven thought leadership that strengthens UserTesting’s position in AI model training, AI evaluation, AI agents, and human insight. You’ll identify emerging conversations, develop differentiated perspectives, and turn technical concepts and original research into content that informs the market.

Working cross-functionally with Solution Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, Executive Leadership, and other subject matter experts—as well as customers, analysts, agencies, and research partners—you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on content creation.
