MRA Law Group, P.A.

Sales and Marketing Manager (U.S. Based Law Firm - Remote)

Remote, US$62,400-$83,200Posted 18 days ago

Job Description

Lead Growth. Build Teams. Strengthen a Brand That Changes Lives.

At MRA Law Group, growth is not simply about generating more leads or closing more consultations.

It is about helping more individuals and families access life-changing U.S. immigration solutions.

Every campaign we launch, every consultation we schedule, and every client we serve represents someone seeking opportunity, security, family unity, or a fresh start. That is why we are looking for an exceptional Sales & Marketing Manager who can build a unified growth engine—one that attracts the right people, converts opportunity into revenue, strengthens our brand, and delivers an exceptional client experience.

This is not a maintenance role.

This is not a position for someone who only manages advertisements, social media calendars, or sales reports.

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on growth leader who can connect marketing, sales, systems, people, and performance into one cohesive function.

If you are a builder who thrives at the intersection of leadership, creativity, analytics, coaching, and commercial growth, this may be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

What You’ll Own

1. Revenue Growth & Integrated Growth Strategy

You will lead the development and execution of an integrated sales and marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s growth objectives.

You will

  • Develop and execute strategies that increase brand awareness, qualified lead generation, consultations, client acquisition, and revenue.
  • Translate business goals into clear sales and marketing plans, priorities, and performance targets.
  • Analyze market trends, audience behavior, competitive positioning, sales performance, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Align marketing and sales efforts to ensure stronger lead quality, faster follow-up, improved conversion, and a seamless client journey.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that improve results across the entire growth funnel.
  • Build a clear growth roadmap that balances immediate revenue opportunities with long-term brand development.

2. Demand Generation & Client Acquisition

You will build and optimize the systems that attract prospective clients and move them from awareness to signed engagement.

You will

  • Develop campaigns that generate qualified consultations and contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Improve lead quality, cost per qualified lead, consultation volume, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
  • Build and refine marketing funnels, landing pages, email campaigns, nurture sequences, and lead follow-up strategies.
  • Use testing, data, and client behavior insights to continuously improve campaign and funnel performance.
  • Ensure that marketing efforts generate meaningful opportunities—not just clicks, impressions, or activity.

3. Sales Leadership & Team Development

You will build and lead a high-performing sales culture rooted in accountability, coaching, client care, and continuous improvement.

You will

  • Help recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop sales professionals.
  • Establish clear expectations, KPIs, performance standards, and success metrics.
  • Conduct meaningful one-on-one coaching sessions focused on performance, development, and accountability.
  • Use data to identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching and improvement plans.
  • Create and refine sales playbooks, scripts, objection-handling frameworks, follow-up processes, and best practices.
  • Build a culture where ownership, excellence, empathy, and results go hand in hand.
  • Develop future sales leaders and strengthen the long-term capability of the team.

4. Lead Conversion & Client Experience

You will ensure that every qualified lead receives a timely, professional, empathetic, and consistent experience from first contact through signed engagement.

You will

  • Oversee sales activity across phone, email, SMS, CRM, and digital communication channels.
  • Monitor pipeline health, response times, consultation activity, follow-up consistency, and forecast accuracy.
  • Improve consultation-to-retainer conversion rates.
  • Analyze lost opportunities and implement strategies to improve close rates.
  • Ensure that every client interaction reflects the firm’s values, professionalism, ethical standards, and commitment to client care.
  • Use sales insights and client feedback to strengthen the overall client journey.

5. Brand, Messaging & Content Leadership

You will shape how prospective clients experience and understand MRA Law Group.

You will

  • Maintain a clear, consistent, credible, and compelling brand presence across all channels.
  • Oversee content strategy for social media, email marketing, blogs, newsletters, videos, advertisements, and landing pages.
  • Develop messaging that builds trust, demonstrates expertise, and connects with the real needs and concerns of immigrant communities.
  • Review creative concepts, copy, advertisements, and campaign materials to ensure quality and strategic alignment.
  • Ensure all marketing communications reflect the firm’s mission, values, and client-centered approach.
  • Strengthen the firm’s reputation as a trusted immigration law advocate.

6. Analytics, CRM & Performance Optimization

You believe growth decisions should be driven by data—not assumptions.

You will

  • Establish clear sales and marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Deliver actionable weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to leadership.
  • Track the complete funnel from campaign source and lead generation through consultation, conversion, and revenue.
  • Optimize CRM systems, automations, workflows, lead routing, follow-up processes, and reporting.
  • Improve visibility into marketing attribution, sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue contribution.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate them into practical action plans.
  • Continuously test, refine, and improve sales and marketing performance.

7. Team, Project & Vendor Management

You will coordinate internal and external resources to execute at a consistently high level.

You will

  • Manage and coordinate freelancers, agencies, designers, copywriters, video editors, media buyers, and other vendors.
  • Establish clear project plans, timelines, standards, and accountability.
  • Ensure campaigns and initiatives are completed on time and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Build systems and workflows that improve productivity, communication, and execution.
  • Work closely with firm leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and momentum.

What You Bring

  • Proven success in sales leadership, marketing leadership, growth management, revenue operations, or a similar commercially focused role.
  • Experience building and improving both lead-generation and sales-conversion systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, sales funnels, pipeline management, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar platforms.
  • Strong command of CRM systems, automations, dashboards, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Experience in legal services, professional services, financial services, healthcare, education, or other high-consideration service environments is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent English writing, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into sound business decisions.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of how marketing and sales contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
  • The ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
  • High ethical standards and an unwavering commitment to client trust.

Who You Are

  • You are both a strategist and a builder.
  • You can create the vision, build the systems, lead the people, and execute the plan.
  • You do not measure success by activity; you measure it by outcomes.
  • You understand that strong marketing without strong sales execution wastes opportunity.
  • You understand that aggressive sales without trust and empathy damages the brand.
  • You know how to bring marketing and sales together around shared goals, data, and accountability.
  • You are comfortable reviewing campaign performance, coaching a sales professional, analyzing conversion metrics, improving a CRM workflow, and presenting recommendations to leadership.
  • You make decisions, solve problems, and take ownership of results.
  • You are energized by building functions, developing people, and creating scalable systems.
  • You lead with urgency, accountability, professionalism, and care.
  • Most importantly, you recognize that behind every lead is a real person or family seeking help, clarity, and hope.
