Role Overview

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is our presence on the ground in Rifle. You are the voice customers hear when they call, the eyes our remote sales team relies on, and the person capturing what actually happens on our shop floor. When a customer is waiting months for their van to be built, you are the reason they never wonder what is happening with it.

This is an on-site role, in the shop every day, alongside the people who build our vans. You will work closely with our remote sales consultants, our marketing team, and our production crew. This role is roughly 30% sales presence and lead engagement, 25% shop content production, 20% build communication and milestone capture, 15% systems and reporting, and 10% operations and cross-team coordination.
