Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager owns our digital funnel from first click to signed deposit. You run the channels, the website and van-builder tool, and the data underneath them, and you are the person who can tell us, honestly, what a deposit costs from every channel. Our content team owns what DM Vans says. You own where it goes, what it costs, and whether it converts.

This is a hands-on-keyboard role, not an agency-management role, and it is a marketing mind, not a spreadsheet seat: we want your campaign ideas in the room, proven out with data. This role is roughly 30% paid media and channel management, 25% website and builder-tool conversion, 20% data, attribution, and reporting, 15% lifecycle and email, and 10% planning and cross-team coordination.
