Sales & Marketing Content Specialist – Lawn & Garden Services

Part-Time | Base Pay + Commission | Flexible Schedule

Next Phase Home Services is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Content Specialist to help us grow our lawn care and garden services.

This position combines content creation, digital marketing, sales, and customer engagement. We are looking for someone who understands that great content should do more than look good—it should generate leads, increase engagement, and help sell services.

What You'll Do

Content Creation

• Create photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms
• Create content both on camera and behind the camera
• Film our lawn-care and landscaping crews while they work
• Capture before-and-after transformations, lawn care, garden installations, and seasonal projects
• Create short-form videos, Reels, and other social media content
• Develop content ideas that showcase our services and generate customer interest
• Travel to job sites in Upper Marlboro, Brandywine, and Waldorf to capture content

Sales & Marketing

• Help generate new lawn-care and garden-service leads
• Work toward monthly sales goals
• Create marketing campaigns designed to convert viewers into customers
• Track and understand basic marketing analytics and campaign performance
• Use SEO and keyword research to improve online visibility
• Write and send monthly email marketing campaigns
• Create biweekly customer/prospect text campaigns
• Monitor engagement, leads, conversions, and other key marketing metrics
• Test different content and marketing strategies to determine what generates the best results

Garden & Creative Content

Next Phase also has access to a land space in Lusby, Maryland, which can be used for garden-related content, seasonal projects, demonstrations, photography, and video production.
