Sales & Marketing Associate

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales & Marketing Associate to join our Orlando team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and promotional marketing.

In this role, you will work directly with customers during in-person retail and promotional campaigns. You’ll represent our clients, introduce their products and services, answer customer questions, and help generate new sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers during in-person retail and promotional campaigns
• Present and promote client products, services, and current offers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Generate sales and new customer acquisitions through face-to-face interactions
• Provide accurate product, pricing, and promotional information
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Assist with promotional displays, marketing materials, and campaign execution
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Track customer interactions and sales results
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, marketing, and leadership training
