Sale and Marketing Assistant

Job Overview

As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, for Lazy Hype a private label company helping our partners develop product, you’ll help turn marketing plans into coordinated campaigns that support sales and strengthen customer engagement. You’ll contribute across sales outreach, linsheet creation, digital, social, email, print, website and e-commerce channels.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing , Support Amazon, TJX Macys, Walmart, Burlington and other accounts, demand generation, content marketing, and multichannel marketing across business-to-business (B2B) and e-commerce channels.
• Draft and edit content, copy, and creative assets; assist with search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, social media advertising campaigns, Facebook Advertising, and print advertising.
• Help manage email marketing, marketing automation, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and tools such as WordPress; support basic HTML updates.
• Track campaign performance and prepare web analytics reporting using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other analytics tools.
• Coordinate advertising sales, budgets, research, and project timelines; collaborate across teams and support product management and team leadership as needed.

Requirements

• Experience or demonstrated skills in marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, content writing, copywriting, and graphic design. Claude, Gen Spark, Proplexity and Chat are musts
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva marketing automation tools, CRM systems, WordPress, HTML, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords; ability to learn tools as needed.
• Strong organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Exposure to marketing management, budgeting, marketing project management, or managing marketing, advertising, or public relations teams is preferred, not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
