About the Role BrightPlan is looking for a Revenue Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated demand generation and go-to-market programs that support pipeline creation and revenue growth across our direct and partner sales channels.

Reporting to the CMO, you'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to translate business objectives into measurable marketing programs. You'll build and execute campaigns across multiple channels, support strategic partner initiatives, develop campaign content and assets, and use data to understand what's working and where we can improve.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for a marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll move comfortably between planning and execution - developing demand generation programs, launching campaigns, creating campaign content, analyzing performance, and collaborating closely with Sales and strategic partners.

We're also actively incorporating AI into how we work. We're looking for someone who is curious about emerging tools and eager to use AI thoughtfully to work faster, expand internal capabilities, and improve the effectiveness of our marketing programs.
