About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced, self-motivated Digital Marketing Sales Representatives who can independently prospect for new business and sell comprehensive marketing solutions. This is a targeted commercial role for proven professional outbound closers. Selected contractors receive technical onboarding covering our platforms, audience channels, rate cards, and Pipedrive CRM workflows. Onboarding is strictly designed for platform orientation, not for teaching foundational sales or marketing fundamentals. While select company leads are provided, contractors must independently build and manage a qualified outbound pipeline.

Compensation & Performance Incentive

This is a performance-based 1099 independent contractor opportunity with no guaranteed salary, base pay, or retainer.

Projected Earnings

Typically $500–$4,500+ per month, depending entirely on performance.

Commission Framework

Calculated on collected revenue from self-generated clients, assigned leads, and renewals.

$500 Bonus

An additional Performance Incentive is available each cycle upon meeting activity and revenue targets.

Schedule

The sales cycle runs monthly (22nd to the 21st), with verified payouts on the last Friday of the following month.
