Program Lead - Marketing Operations*This role is located at our Corporate Office in Arden Hills, MN. We offer a hybrid work environment that consists of 3 days in the office (T/W/Th) and 2 days remote/virtual (M/F). This role does not offer full remote/virtual. Summary

:

The Program Lead balances strategic planning, operational expertise and effective team management to manage complex programs and align resources to the work needed. The role reflects enterprise-level program ownership within Central Marketing with responsibility for orchestrating multiple interconnected workstreams, facilitating governance and decision-making, managing dependencies and risks and leading resource and capacity planning with senior stakeholders. The role is focused on portfolio-level program enablement and cross-functional operating discipline.

Primary Responsibilities

Program management

  • Strategically partner to enable cross-functional marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Establish program roadmaps and orchestrate multiple interconnected projects and workstreams, including timeline development, sequencing, dependency management, governance cadence, stakeholder alignment, risk identification and escalation, and post-mortem reviews.
  • Add definition to projects and programs where needed, in order to create project and program clarity.
  • Keep systems up to date for broader visibility into programs and projects.

Senior stakeholder and resource management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Lead and facilitate the resource management process with senior leaders, identifying resource constraints and opportunities.

Thought leadership and process improvement

  • Bring project and resource management “outside in” thinking to the team and broader organization.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency. Implement best practices and continuous improv
