SUMMARY

The Product Marketing Specialist will help stand up Magaya's product marketing function, working closely with and under the direction of the SVP of Marketing to build out positioning, messaging, launch processes, and go-to-market (GTM) materials.

This role will support product positioning and messaging, product launch execution, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement, partnering with the SVP of Marketing to develop the GTM strategy and calendar from the ground up.

Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing organization, the Product Marketing Manager will help translate Magaya’s products and roadmap into compelling market narratives and repeatable go-to-market motions that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue, with strategic direction provided by the SVP of Marketing.

Success in this role will be measured by launch performance and execution, sales readiness, product adoption, and an increase in overall strengthen of how Magaya brings products to market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• In collaboration with the SVP of Marketing, create a repeatable go-to-market framework for bringing new products, features, and market expansions to market.
• Help develop and maintain ideal company profiles and personas in close collaboration with customer-facing teams.
• Partner closely with Product to understand the roadmap, determine GTM priorities, apply launch tiers, and develop launch strategies based on market opportunity and business impact.
• Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and use cases across the Magaya product suite.
