Product Marketing Manager

You'll develop compelling messaging, support go-to-market initiatives, enable sales teams with the tools they need to succeed, and transform complex technical solutions into clear customer value. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who enjoys working across teams, influencing growth, and creating impactful customer experiences.

The annual base salary range for this position, based out of Syracuse, NY, is $70,000 - $90,000. The actual salary offered will vary based on applicant’s relevant skills, education, experience, certifications and geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.

Location: Syracuse, NY (Hybrid) or Remote (US)

What you’ll be doing

Product Positioning & Messaging

• Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the CXtec products, services, and business units.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes that resonate with customers and buying committees.
• Build persona-based messaging that addresses customer challenges, buying triggers, and business goals.
• Ensure every offering supports one consistent CXtec lifecycle narrative.

Sales Enablement

• Create and maintain sales tools including one-pagers, presentations, solution briefs, talk tracks, battlecards, and email frameworks.
• Partner with Sales to understand customer objections, identify messaging gaps, and improve sales conversations.
• Continuously refine enablement materials based on field feedback and market insights.
