The Role

We’re seeking a performance marketing veteran to join our rapidly scaling team as a Growth Strategist. The ideal candidate has either owned their own ecommerce brand, or been an executive-level operator at a performance/growth agency.

This is a role for someone who has had their hands on virtually every aspect of performance ecommerce: from optimizing offers and sales funnels, building scroll-stopping creative, buying media at scale on Meta, troubleshooting pixels and tech issues, and more. Tierra also builds custom AI tools that raise the quality & speed of client work. You’ll be expected to use them, improve them, and build your own.

A Growth Strategist at Tierra OWNS client success, directs strategic execution of media buys, and ensures consistent delivery of profitable KPIs at scale. You’ll be charting the strategy for each client you manage, proactively resolving issues, and maintaining a standard of quality that reinforces long-term client retention. You’ll also manage your “Pod”: a lean, cross-functional team supporting a dedicated group of clients. A pod functions like your own business: you’ll be responsible for its P&L and be in charge of key operational decisions.
