Our team provides personalized nutrition counseling and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), helping patients develop sustainable lifestyle habits related to nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management.

Position Overview

JTA Wellness is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated Patient Relations & Outreach Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).

This dynamic role combines community outreach, relationship building, marketing, and administrative support. The ideal candidate enjoys networking, engaging with healthcare professionals and community members, representing a healthcare organization at events, and contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

No two days are the same. One day may involve visiting physician offices and attending community events, while another may include creating marketing materials, assisting with social media, or supporting office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Community Outreach & Relationship Building

• Represent JTA Wellness at health fairs, community events, networking functions, and workplace wellness initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, medical clinics, healthcare organizations, and community partners.
• Conduct regular outreach visits to physician offices and clinics to promote JTA Wellness services and strengthen referral partnerships.
• Follow up with referral sources through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Identify and develop opportunities to establish relationships with new referral sources and community partners.

Marketing & Brand Awareness

* Assist with the
