*Who We're Looking For*

Homespun Digital is a marketing and technology agency in Central Florida. We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who can own their work from end to end: plan campaigns, manage execution, solve problems independently, and deliver measurable results without needing constant check-ins.

You're the person who sees what needs to be done and just does it. You don't wait for permission — you flag issues early, propose solutions, and move forward, making smart tactical decisions and adjusting course based on data.

This is a tech-heavy role.

You'll be troubleshooting constantly — a broken campaign, a website issue, a misbehaving client tool — and you're expected to dig in and understand the "why" behind the fix, not just patch the symptom. New platforms, tools, and AI systems land on your desk regularly, and you're the type who gets fluent in them fast and puts them to work.

*What You'll Do*

• Troubleshoot independently: platform issues, website problems, data discrepancies, and misbehaving client tools — dig into the "why," fix it or escalate strategically, and provide post-launch support.
• Run client web design projects from initial brief through launch — coordinating with designers and developers, managing timelines, milestones, change orders, and scope, and running QA before every handoff.
• Stay current on marketing trends and tools, including new platforms and AI systems, picking them up quickly and putting them to work.
• Own campaign execution across digital channels — SEO, paid media, social, email, and content — from strategy through analysis, using performance data to guide tactical decisions (e.g., diagnosing underperforming SEO or optimizing inefficient ad spend).
• Manage client relationships end to end: proactive communication on timelines and results, regular status updates and performance reporting, translating technical concepts for non-technical clients, and anticipating needs before
