Part-Time Junior Content Creator & Marketing Assistant

Part-Time: Approximately 5–10 hours per week Pay: $20–$25 per hour

We’re building two growing businesses and are looking for a creative, energetic person to help us create content for social media.

This is not a traditional office marketing position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys social media, is comfortable recording video, has ideas, and is willing to appear on camera as part of the content we create.

This could be a great side job for a college student, aspiring creator, marketing student, photographer/videographer, or someone who simply understands what makes social media interesting.

What You’ll Do

• Record short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and other platforms
• Appear in some videos and help bring personality to our brands
• Film behind-the-scenes content
• Help create entertaining content around our businesses
• Work from a weekly content plan
• Brainstorm video concepts with our team
• Organize and upload footage for our remote video editor
• Capture photos, short clips, product videos, and day-to-day business content
• Help experiment with new ideas and identify what performs well

What We're Looking For

You do not need years of marketing experience.

We care more about whether you

• Are comfortable and natural on camera
• Understand social media and current content styles
• Have a creative personality
• Can take an idea and help turn it into a video
• Are dependable and show up when content is scheduled
• Are comfortable talking and interacting with people
• Can take direction while still bringing your own ideas
• Have basic phone/video recording skills
• Want to build experience and a portfolio

How the Role Works

This will initially be a small role of approximately 5–10 hours per week, depending on how much content we need.

Our founder will provide the overall brand vision and marketing direction. Our administrative coordinator will help organize the content schedule
