Largo Resort, a boutique luxury waterfront resort and wedding venue in Key Largo, is bringing its marketing efforts in-house. We are seeking a creative, highly organized, hands-on professional to take ownership of our website, SEO, social media, digital content, and online presence while working closely with the General Manager to support sales, weddings, events, retreats, and resort operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong marketing instincts with creativity, technology, and the ability to use AI tools to work smarter, create content faster, analyze performance, and improve day-to-day marketing efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and update the Largo Resort website, including content, landing pages, promotions, imagery, and overall user experience
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, direct bookings, and qualified wedding and event leads
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant social platforms
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish Reels, Stories, short-form videos, photos, graphics, captions, and promotional content
• Capture high-quality on-property photo and video content showcasing accommodations, weddings, events, sunsets, amenities, and the guest experience
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile, OTA listings, wedding platforms, directories, and other online channels
• Monitor reviews and online reputation while maintaining a consistent, professional brand voice
• Develop targeted campaigns for weddings, elopements, corporate retreats, family reunions, events, seasonal promotions, and leisure travel
• Support wedding and event sales by assisting with inquiries, virtual and in-person tours, proposals, follow-up, and lead nurturing
• Track website, SEO, social media, and campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results
