Marketing Strategist

We’re looking for a creative, innovative, and idea-driven Marketing Strategist who can drive strategy, lead conversations, and create momentum across client accounts. This role is responsible for developing and owning marketing strategies, guiding execution, and ensuring campaigns deliver real results.

You’ll work closely with coordinators, designers, and leadership to turn imaginative, visionary (yet practical) ideas into action and push both clients and internal teams forward.

To be successful in this role, you should be a conceptual thinker who is resourceful, insightful, and big-picture oriented, with strong experience developing and leading marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and making data-driven decisions that drive results.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and own comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals
• Lead client meetings and confidently guide strategic direction and decisions
• Create targeted campaigns to attract and retain customers across multiple channels
• Define what success looks like for each campaign and identify how performance will be measured
