About this role

The Marketing Specialist supports multifamily communities through strategic marketing execution and cross-team collaboration. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role works closely with onsite teams, operations leaders, and third-party partners to support leasing performance, property visibility, and new business initiatives.

Hourly pay range

$35.00 - $37.00 DOE * This is a contract position with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs. * Fully remote, Monday–Friday - Must live in CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, TX. * Occasional evening or weekend hours as needed. What you'll do - Includes but not limited to: * Partner with onsite and operations teams to execute marketing programs that support occupancy and leasing goals. * Develop marketing budgets, monitor performance and spend, and provide ongoing, data-driven marketing recommendations. * Review lead conversion data and ROI to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend adjustments. * Support Business Development efforts by gathering market surveys, demographics, and localized insights for pitch decks and RFPs. * Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies. * Provide technical support to onsite teams, including troubleshooting digital advertising and platform issues. * Coordinate and manage the implantation of marketing platforms including SOCi, Ellis, SatisFacts, Google Business Profile, Yelp, Apartments.com, Zillow,
