Marketing Specialist

We’re partnering with our client, a renowned healthcare organization, to find a dedicated Marketing Specialist. This contract role is based remotely out of region and involves supporting transplant demand generation initiatives.

Weekly hours

30-34 hours weekly Location: 100% Remote (EST or CST) Hours: 8-5pm Contract to Sept 2027 + extend

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support transplant demand generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Assess market trends and performance metrics to optimize marketing activities.
• Manage and oversee content creation, digital marketing, and collateral development.
• Coordinate event planning and sponsorship activities to promote program visibility.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update marketing content and collateral to ensure consistency and relevance.
• Assist in coordinating internal and external approvals for all marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Hold at least 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong project management and strategic planning skills.
• Exhibit proficiency with digital marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
