Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist

Social Media & Performance is responsible for the strategy, creation, execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of Inspire’s paid social media advertising program, with an immediate and primary focus on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role responsible for actively building and managing paid social campaigns—not simply boosting posts or maintaining existing advertisements. This individual will create campaigns and ad sets, develop audiences, build advertising content and creative concepts, monitor performance, test new strategies, adjust investment, and make proactive recommendations designed to increase qualified lead volume, engagement, conversio
