Marketing Sales Representative

Job Description Summary

The Marketing and Sales Specialist for our Pharmacies is responsible for driving growth through innovative marketing strategies, strong sales efforts, and building lasting relationships with healthcare providers, group homes, assisted living facilities, and customers. This role involves developing and implementing marketing plans, managing digital campaigns, optimizing our website and CRM systems, and conducting in-person visits to doctor offices, med spas, group homes, assisted living communities, residential care facilities, and other healthcare organizations.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales or business development experience within group homes, assisted living, long-term care, home health, pharmacy, or related healthcare environments and will understand how to build relationships with facility owners, administrators, directors of nursing, caregivers, healthcare providers, and other decision-makers. This individual will serve as a key advisor on all marketing, sales, and communication activities, ensuring alignment with our brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and relevant online and social media content consistent with our pharmacy’s branding.
• Stay current with industry and social media trends to identify opportunities for real-time engagement and viral content.
• Develop and implement influencer collaborations, partnerships, referral relationships, and cross-promotion opportunities to expand reach and drive sales.
• Support marketing and communication automation processes across various platforms and systems.
• Assist with other marketing functions as needed by management or the pharmacy team.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop targeted sales and marketing strategies for group homes, assisted living facilities, residential care communities, and other healthcare organizations.
