Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Project Manager who is exceptional with people, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership of client relationships.

This is not a behind-the-scenes project management role. You will be client-facing, leading meetings, communicating with business owners, coordinating with our internal team, and making sure approximately 20 active client accounts are consistently taken care of.

We need someone who can keep a lot of moving pieces straight while still making every client feel seen, remembered, and important.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 20 active client accounts
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
• Lead client meetings and Zoom calls independently
• Communicate confidently with business owners and decision-makers
• Keep clients updated on projects, timelines, deliverables, and next steps
• Coordinate work between clients and our internal marketing team
• Track client requests, preferences, feedback, deadlines, and important details
• Follow up proactively with both clients and team members
• Make sure projects continue moving and nothing falls through the cracks
• Identify potential concerns or delays before they become problems
• Maintain strong client relationships and make sure clients feel heard and well cared for
• Manage multiple projects, conversations, deadlines, and priorities at the same time

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, polished, and confident in client-facing situations
• Ability to independently lead client meetings and communicate with business owners and decision-makers
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to retain and track important client details, preferences, conversations, and requests
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong initiative with consistent follow-through and minimal need for supervision
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and client service skills, including the ability to navigate concerns professionally
• Dependable and consistently available during required business hours

Agency experience is a plus, but the right person does not need to know how to personally execute every marketing service we provide.

What matters most is that you can own the relationship, understand what is happening across your accounts, communicate clearly, and keep both clients and our team on track.

Hours/Week

Candidates must be consistently available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.

This role requires regular communication with clients and our internal team throughout the business day.

Pay Rate

$20–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
