Marketing Operations Specialist

Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the Marketing Operations Specialist will help build the technology, processes, analytics, and AI capabilities that power our marketing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, improving workflows, and turning data into actionable insights. You'll work across HubSpot, website operations, dashboards, reporting, AI tools, marketing automation, and campaign execution to help our team operate more efficiently and make smarter decisions. While this position is rooted in marketing operations, we're also looking for someone who has an interest in broader marketing disciplines.

: Must live in Cincinnati metro area (or be willing to relocate)
