General Summary The Marketing Operations Specialist owns the marketing technology stack for Music Brands. You are the system owner for HubSpot, the person who makes sure our marketing and CRM data is accurate, and the one who turns that data into reporting marketing and sales actually trust.

Working closely with the Sr. Director of Growth, you build the automation, attribution, and reporting infrastructure behind campaigns across MakeMusic and Alfred Music. You partner regularly with Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Sales.

You are a continuous learner who treats messy systems and unanswered questions as opportunities to improve, and you value input from team members at all levels.

You will work directly with the Digital Marketing, Sales Team, and Product Marketing Team Members, amongst others. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Growth.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot and Martech Ownership

• Serve as primary administrator and system owner for HubSpot across Music Brands, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CMS
• Build and maintain workflows, email sequences, forms, landing pages, lists, and lead nurture programs
