Motivated Marketing is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as a Junior Digital Marketing Analyst. This entry-level position will focus on developing and managing digital marketing campaigns that maximize ROI and effectively meet our clients' goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaign strategies, manage budgets, and create client-facing documentation and performance reports.
• Assist in creating paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy-writing, landing page selection, and account structure.
• Collaborate with the account management team to analyze campaign reports, extract key insights, and recommend optimizations.
• Manage and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager (GTM) and call tracking setups.
• Create monthly reports on channel performance and provide forecasts based on campaign data.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging digital marketing products to keep strategies fresh and innovative.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and tracking monthly media spend.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads (AdWords).
• Google Certification is required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager.
• Advanced Excel skills, particularly in creating and analyzing charts and data.
• A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt quickly.
• Self-driven with a strong desire to contribute and grow within the digital marketing field.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• One year of digital marketing experience is preferred,
