OBJECTIVES

• Own the end-to-end CRM system, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and optimization of workflows.
• Build, test, and maintain automation sequences that drive client engagement, nurture leads, and improve retention.
• Implement and monitor revenue attribution models across marketing, sales, and service systems.
• Integrate CRM with other revenue platforms (ads, payment processors, analytics, email/SMS tools) to create unified data flows.
