We are a functional medicine company with a combined audience of over 1.5 million followers across two doctor-led brands. Content is how people find us, and video is most of that content.

This role owns the last mile: raw footage in, finished video live, with nobody else needing to touch it or fix it first.

About us

Redefining Wellness Center is Dr. Jaban Moore's root-cause clinic, built for people who have already been through the conventional medicine wringer and still don't have a real answer for why they feel the way they do. Dr. Jaban spent years stuck in his own health struggle with Lyme disease and mold toxicity before he found root-cause medicine, and that experience is the foundation the whole clinic runs on. He is a Doctor of Chiropractic, Functional Medicine Practitioner, and Acupuncturist, backed by a team that includes MDs and DOs, and we have worked with more than 10,000 clients.

We publish across Instagram, YouTube, and a podcast. The strategy is good and the scripts are good. What has been missing is a single person who owns everything that happens after the camera stops.

What you'll own

*Short-form (the bulk of the work)*

• Full edit on every assigned Reel, from raw footage to finished cut, sourcing your own B-roll
• Retention editing on every cut: fast pacing, clean captions, and B-roll placed to hold a viewer past the first three seconds
• Visual consistency across both brands. Fonts, colors, and transitions stay on brand regardless of which account it's for

*The testing loop*

• Build three distinct visual executions for every Reel from the written hooks you're given, and post all three to Instagram Trials before anything reaches the grid
• Read trial performance yourself, pick the winning cut, and publish it as a fresh upload
• Carry what you learn forward, so the next round is buil
