American Carpet Wholesalers is looking for a creative, energetic in-house Social Media Content Creator who knows how to turn products, people and everyday business activity into engaging social media content.

This is not a position for someone who simply schedules posts. We are looking for someone who can develop ideas, shoot compelling short videos, edit them, write strong Facebook and Instagram posts, and consistently create content that generates attention and customer interest.

What You'll Do

• Create and publish short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram Reels and other social platforms.
• Develop creative video concepts around flooring products, promotions, new arrivals, comparisons and customer questions.
• Shoot and edit videos in-house.
• Write headlines, captions, hooks and calls to action.
• Photograph flooring products and company activities.
• Develop a consistent social media content calendar.
• Respond to trends and quickly turn ideas into content.
• Create engaging Facebook and Instagram posts.
• Track views, engagement, clicks, leads and other performance metrics.
• Test different videos and messages to determine what actually produces results.

This is an in house position not remote.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
