Two Birds is seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our family acquisition and brand growth strategies. This role is essential for accelerating enrollment growth and securing our market position across our portfolio of schools. The ideal candidate will pivot Two Birds from organic growth to a data-driven, scalable marketing strategy that optimizes our conversion funnel and ensures robust occupancy. This is a one-person position, you are not only responsible for solidifying our marketing strategy, but also hands-on, roll up your sleeves, and ownership of the Marketing function at Two Birds.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our digital presence and local community engagement. You will oversee SEO, digital advertising, and social media, while simultaneously executing field marketing initiatives to build a consistent pipeline of new families. Your primary objective is to drive leads and improve enrollment velocity for both established and ramping locations.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & SEO

• Digital Ad Campaigns: Execute and manage data-driven digital advertising across Google and social media platforms.
• Conversion Focus: Monitor and optimize campaigns based on Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) and Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA).
• SEO & Reputation: Drive local search visibility by optimizing business listings and managing brand reputation.

Brand Awareness & Engagement

• Social Media Strategy: Manage multi-channel social media strategies to increase awareness and engagement among key local demographics.
