Are you a strategic, hands-on B2B marketer who understands how to position complex technical solutions and turn market insights into commercial opportunities? Join Tecan as a Marketing Manager, Paramit CDMO Solutions, where you'll play a key role in building awareness, generating qualified demand, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting the growth of Tecan's CDMO business.

In this role, you'll serve as a strategic marketing partner to Paramit Commercial Teams, Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Brand, Internal Communications, and Global Regional Teams. You'll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, digital programs, thought leadership, events, and sales enablement initiatives that support commercial objectives and strengthen Paramit's position in the market.

The ideal candidate brings experience marketing complex B2B technical solutions or services, particularly within EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services), CDMO, contract manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, OEM, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or related industries. You'll need to be comfortable translating technical capabilities and customer needs into clear, compelling value propositions and marketing programs.
