Marketing Manager / Marketing Coordinator

Dwell Homes is a residential construction company specializing in ADUs, custom homes, and home remodeling in the Los Angeles area. We’re looking for a hands-on marketing professional to manage our online presence, coordinate our marketing partners, and help us generate qualified leads.

What you’ll do

• Plan and manage a marketing calendar across social media, Google Business Profile, Yelp, and our website.
• Create and publish content using photos and videos of completed projects and work in progress.
• Write captions, project descriptions, and other marketing copy.
• Manage our Google Business Profile and Yelp presence, including photos, updates, and review outreach.
• Oversee Red Rhino, our paid advertising agency: communicate Dwell’s priorities, review campaign reports and lead quality, and follow up on recommended changes. Red Rhino will manage the ads.
• Coordinate website updates and keep our project portfolio current.
• Track leads by source and report on inquiries, appointments, signed projects, and marketing spend.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots and organize our project content library.

What we’re looking for

• Experience marketing a service business; construction, remodeling, design, or real estate experience is a plus.
• Strong writing skills and a good eye for photos and video.
• Experience managing social media, Google Business Profile, and Yelp.
• Ability to evaluate advertising results and work effectively with an outside agency.
• Strong organization skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and lead reports.

Pay: $56,887.79 - $68,510.03 per year
