Marketing Manager

Overview

Enso is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and execute our go-to-market strategy, while ensuring a cohesive, integrated marketing approach across products and channels. We’re looking for someone who can shape strategy while driving strong execution – balancing big-picture thinking with the details that make launches and promotions land. This role will partner closely with Product, Creative and other key teams to manage and execute an aggressive product launch calendar, all while championing our brand positioning and voice at every touchpoint.

Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Strategy

• Own the go-to-market strategy and commercialization for new products, promotional campaigns, cause based initiatives and strategic partnerships
• Develop product positioning, messaging and audience strategy.
• Write, review, and/or align copy across all consumer touchpoints
• Partner with the Product Team to translate new product launches into compelling consumer-facing stories
• Evaluate launch performance and apply learnings into sharper future initiatives

Integrated Marketing

• Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across DTC, TikTok Shop, Marketplaces, social and other key channels ensuring a consistent brand message and seamless customer journey
• Ensure all marketing deliverables – on-site and beyond – form a cohesive and brand aligned experience
• Develop campaign briefs that define audience, positioning, messaging and creative needs

Brand Strategy

• Champion our brand positioning, voice, and customer experience across every channel
• Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness, acquisition, engagement, repeat purchase, and loyalty
• Ensure performance-driven marketing supports – and never undercuts – brand positioning

Skills

• 5+ years of experience spanning product marketing, integrated marketing and brand marketing at a product-driven ecommerce brand.
