Now Hiring: Marketing Director (Hybrid)

Location: New Bern & Morehead City, NC *Join Two High Volume Chiropractic Offices Making a Difference in Our Communities!*

We’re seeking a dynamic, community-focused Marketing Director to lead the marketing efforts for two high-volume chiropractic practices — one in New Bern and one in Morehead City, North Carolina.

This hybrid position offers the opportunity to combine in-office collaboration with community-based outreach and relationship building.

What You’ll Do

• Set up spinal screenings both locations.
• Set up lunch and learns for both locations
• Calling reactivation patients for both locations.
• Master our ALOHA system that will be integral in driving in old business and reacts.
• Setting up MD lunches or visits to discuss referrals.
• Going to businesses to set up CHIRO-CONNECT relationships that allow us to serve their businesses with reduced fees
• Calling all new patients after 30 days to get feedback from their experience in our practice
• Set up Talks in the area with clubs (Rotary clubs)
• Go to Chamber Events in both locations.
• Coordinate Home and Garden Shows both locations.
• Orchestrate our internal drives of Paws for a Cause and Cans for Care in both locations.
• Spend the remainder of your time engaging in the community, representing our brand, and building partnerships.
• Develop and manage social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to increase visibility and patient engagement.
• Coordinate and attend community events, health fairs, and sponsorship opportunities to grow brand presence.
• Build and maintain strong patient and community relations through excellent communication and service.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in marketing, (preferably healthcare or wellness industries).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.
• Experience with email marketing and newsletter development (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re a people person who thrives on connection.
• Self-starter with creative ideas and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must have reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel between locations and events.
