We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Marketing Director to develop and execute a marketing strategy that expands our visibility, strengthens our brand, and—most importantly—generates qualified leads and new consulting opportunities.

This is a hands-on position. We are looking for someone who can develop the strategy and execute it.

Position Summary

The Part-Time Marketing Director will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing MRD Consulting’s marketing activities.

The successful candidate will work directly with company leadership to develop our marketing strategy and then turn that strategy into action through digital marketing, content creation, social media, email marketing, website optimization, video and podcast promotion, public relations, and targeted business-development campaigns.

This position is ideal for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys working independently, moving quickly, testing ideas, and measuring results.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include

· Develop and manage an overall marketing plan for MRD Consulting.

· Establish marketing priorities, campaigns, budgets, and performance goals.

· Develop strategies to generate qualified leads for consulting services.

· Identify and target industries, geographic markets, and business-owner audiences with strong potential for MRD Consulting.
