Marketing Coordinator

Serenity Zen

is a massage and wellness studio with locations in West Covina and Diamond Bar. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing across email, community, and on-camera content, and to keep our campaigns organized and moving.

This is a hands-on role for someone personable and organized. You will support our email campaigns, engage our community in the brand's voice, appear on camera as a recurring face of the brand, and help coordinate filming days at both locations.

Responsibilities

• Support our email campaigns to our client list: promotions, gift cards, memberships, and seasonal pushes
• Appear on camera as a recurring face of the brand in Reels and Stories, and capture light day-to-day moments at the studios (phone is fine)
• Respond to comments and direct messages in the brand's voice
• Coordinate the content calendar, campaign schedule, and partner visits
• Support our production partner on filming days, on camera when needed
• Welcome guests and visiting partners at the studio on weekday mornings

Requirements

• Comfortable appearing on camera in published content
• Clear, warm writing for email and messages
• Organized and reliable with a weekly schedule
• Available weekday mornings, Tuesday through Thursday
• Located within reasonable driving distance of West Covina, CA

Preferred

• Able to film and edit short-form video yourself (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• A portfolio or examples of short-form video you have created
• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
• Experience with wellness, beauty, fitness, or hospitality brands
• Spanish or Mandarin

Schedule

Part time, 15 to 25 hours per week, flexible week to week, across our West Covina and Diamond Bar locations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
