Collado Engineering is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with strong writing, graphic design, organizational, and coordination skills to support the firm’s proposal, marketing, communications, and business development efforts.

This role is central to how the firm presents its experience, qualifications, and services to clients, teaming partners, and the broader marketplace. The Marketing Coordinator will help develop clear, polished, and visually consistent materials that support competitive pursuits, firm communications, and ongoing business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign, and is comfortable coordinating multiple deadlines, working with technical staff, and producing accurate, high-quality materials in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Manage the firm’s formal RFP and proposal process, including preparing qualifications packages, compiling full proposals, coordinating technical content with firm leadership and technical staff, and producing polished submissions.
• Track open opportunities, business development pursuits, pipeline activity, and the firm’s soft backlog.
• Develop interview materials and presentations for shortlisted pursuits.
• Write, edit, and maintain technical marketing content, including project descriptions, employee resumes, firm qualifications, service descriptions, and proposal narratives.
