Marketing Coordinator

Guild Brands is looking for a Coordinator of Email & SMS Marketing to own the day-to-day execution of our email and SMS campaigns. If you're detail-obsessed, thrive in a fast-moving marketing calendar, and love turning data into better campaigns, we want to hear from you.

You'll be the engine behind our email and SMS channels. Building, QA'ing, and deploying campaigns across two brands, while partnering closely with marketing, creative, merchandising, and site teams to make sure every send is accurate, on-brand, and on time.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns: builds, scheduling, audience targeting, QA, testing, and deployment
• Manage the email and SMS marketing calendar, coordinating requests, priorities, and deadlines across teams
• Execute segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle targeting to deliver relevant, timely communications
• Monitor campaign performance and maintain reporting on engagement, revenue impact, and test results
• Manage the email/SMS request queue, resolving tickets and keeping stakeholders in the loop
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of hands-on email marketing experience, building and executing campaigns
• Klaviyo experience preferred (campaign builds, scheduling, segmentation, reporting, basic automation/flows)
• Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms and campaign execution a plus
• Sharp attention to detail — you catch the broken link or bad segment before it ships
• An analytical mindset with comfort pulling reports and spotting opportunities to improve performance
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across creative, merchandising, marketing, and site teams
