Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant marketing team! In this role, you will play a crucial part as the liasion between the practice, marketing firm and social media companies. Your enthusiasm and technical proficiency will help elevate our brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive measurable results. Duties

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media advertising campaigns.
• Support content creation efforts by designing graphics with Canva as needed.
• On-site videography - filming content of treatments and other practice initiatives.
• Contribute to social media management by sending video, artwork and text to the social media company and Brand company.
• Assist with special events and outreach for the practice
• Commit to deliver excellent customer service while working automomously

Experience

• Familiar with digital marketing tools such as SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiar with website management systems like WordPress or similar content management systems.
• Some graphic design skills using Canva and Adobe Suite.
• Prior involvement in e-commerce environments or paid search marketing initiatives is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to represent the practice to referring providers and practices in the community.Reports to:
