Part-Time Real Estate Marketing Coordinator

Real Estate office seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to help manage and grow our marketing efforts.

This position can be partially remote/off-site, with some work performed from our office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create and post engaging content across social media platforms
• Write, design, and distribute monthly email newsletters
• Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, postcards, property presentations, and other promotional pieces
• Assist with property marketing and online advertising
• Help maintain and organize marketing files, databases, and materials
• Coordinate multiple marketing projects and deadlines
• Assist with other day-to-day marketing needs as they arise

Qualifications

• Strong computer and social media skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Experience with graphic design and marketing software is a plus
• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Works well independently as well as with a team
• Creative and willing to bring new marketing ideas to the table
