What we’re building

The Pendulum Series is a diagnostic framework that tells an owner-led business which of five Stations of growth it is actually in — and what evidence it needs to graduate. It comes out of thirty years of operating: seven companies founded, five exits, $200M in exit value.

Five books publish into it. A free diagnostic brings leaders in. Paid mastermind cohorts, placed by Station, are the business. A few members go on to one-to-one coaching.

We are hiring two people. One builds demand. You make sure that when it arrives, nothing breaks.

What this job actually is

It looks like several jobs. It is one.

You own every system a customer moves through after marketing gets their attention: they find a book, they take the diagnostic, they register for an event, they apply, they join a cohort, they pay every month, they renew. Each of those is a handoff, and a business dies at its handoffs.

Nobody currently owns any of it. There is no CRM, no membership platform, no registration system, no fulfillment process. You would build all of it, choose the tools, and then run them.
