Every meal is prepared fresh and delivered weekly, making it easier for our customers to eat well without spending hours planning, shopping, cooking, or cleaning.

We're looking for a Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator to help support our growing brand.

This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role. You'll spend a significant amount of time communicating with creators, responding to messages, coordinating projects, organizing information, and helping keep marketing initiatives moving forward.

The right person is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys being in the details. Just as importantly, they're someone who notices things, asks thoughtful questions, and isn't afraid to speak up when something doesn't seem right.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day communication with influencers, creators, and brand partners
• Respond to DMs, emails, and partnership inquiries
• Coordinate creator campaigns from outreach through content delivery
• Track content, deadlines, discount codes, and campaign deliverables
• Help organize photoshoots, content calendars, and marketing projects
• Assist with social media scheduling and community management
• Support email and SMS marketing initiatives
• Maintain marketing trackers, reports, and internal documentation
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
• Jump into a wide variety of projects as the business grows
