Marketing & Content Intern — Private Equity / Healthcare Investment Firm (Remote)

KVLR Capital is a New York City–based private equity firm investing exclusively in healthcare, partnering with physician groups, for-profit healthcare systems, and healthcare IT providers. Through our management services organization (MSO) model, we help physician practices scale their nonclinical operations while preserving clinical independence, building long-term value for patients, physicians, staff, and investors alike.

We're looking for a Marketing & Content Intern to help build the public presence of KVLR Capital and its leadership as we grow our footprint in healthcare investing.

What You'll Do

You'll own the day-to-day execution of our content and social strategy, not busywork. We will work on real output that goes live under the firm's name:

• Draft and schedule posts across LinkedIn, X, and the company blog
• Help develop talking points and topic pipelines for podcast appearances
• Write and send a recurring investor/partner newsletter
• Track post performance and help refine what's working
• Support content and logistics for firm events and media moments
• Occasionally assist with light internal and external communications

Who Thrives Here

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, with a strong academic record
• Genuinely interested in private equity, healthcare, or finance — you don't need industry experience, but you should be curious about it
• Can point to a portfolio of prior writing or content work (class projects, a personal blog, campus org social accounts all count)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment with real ownership from day one
• Sharp writer, organized, detail-oriented, and not afraid to pitch ideas
